1. General Agreement

By purchasing any product or service from Downrange Precision Arms (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions of Sale. These terms apply to all transactions, whether in-store, online, or through special order.

2. Legal Eligibility

  • You must comply with all federal, state, and local laws when purchasing firearms, ammunition, or related items.
  • You must meet all age requirements:
    • 18 years or older for rifles and shotguns.
    • 21 years or older for handguns, frames, receivers, and certain other items as required by law.
  • You certify you are not prohibited from possessing firearms or ammunition under the Gun Control Act or other applicable laws.

3. Firearm Transfers

  • All firearm transfers must be completed through a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL).
  • In-store firearm purchases will require completion of ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check.
  • Online firearm purchases must be shipped to a licensed FFL in your state.
  • If you fail a background check or are otherwise unable to complete the transfer, the firearm will be returned to us and subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

4. Compliance with Local Laws

  • Certain products may be restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction.
  • It is your responsibility to know and comply with your local laws before placing an order.
  • Orders that cannot be completed due to legal restrictions will be canceled, and applicable fees may apply.

5. Ammunition Sales

  • Ammunition sales are final and cannot be returned.
  • We comply with all applicable shipping restrictions and will not ship ammunition to prohibited locations.

6. Custom Work & Special Orders

  • All custom gunsmithing, Cerakote, engraving, and special-order items require a deposit and are non-refundable once work has begun.
  • Lead times are estimates and may vary.

7. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Accepted payment methods include [Insert Payment Methods].
  • Returned or declined payments will incur a $39 service fee.

8. Shipping & Delivery

  • Products will not ship until payment has cleared and, if applicable, FFL information is received and verified.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, background checks, or regulatory processing.

9. Warranties & Disclaimers

  • Firearms and accessories are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.
  • We make no additional warranties, express or implied, beyond what is provided by the manufacturer.
  • You assume all responsibility for the safe handling, storage, and use of any product purchased.

10. Limitation of Liability

Downrange Precision Arms shall not be liable for:

  • Misuse, negligent handling, or unlawful possession of any product.
  • Any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products.

11. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, available on our website and in-store.

12. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.
  • Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Montgomery County, Tennessee.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be posted on our website and available in-store.
